DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY

DELIVERY

We will endeavour to print and post your order within 5 working days. (During our busiest times of the year, this may be longer but you will always be notified on our home page or when ordering). Once your order has been processed you will receive confirmation automatically, if you do not receive this within 24 hours, check your junk mail or message us on Instagram or by email so we can resend it to you. Please check your email address is correct when ordering.

Our parcels are sent via Royal Mail or a Courier service (dependant on order value or weight)

When choosing your postage options please be aware of the following: Free postage via 2nd class post, 1st class post is available, but please bear in mind these are not tracked, we simply post these in the post box with a stamp and although Royal Mail First Class is usually next working day, due to the pandemic, this can be up to 10 working days in some areas.

If you require your order to be posted using a quicker service, we do offer tracked 24 hour postage service. Please select the correct postage upon checkout. We will send an email to you with your tracking number for delivery. Please also bare in mind this is 24hr postage timings and not our order completion turnaround timings and is not guaranteed due to Royal Mail delays and disruptions currently.

We will always try to update you if there are any delays with your order. But due to the current pandemic, delays locally and nationally may occur due to the current government tier systems please take this into consideration before placing your order.

UK SHIPPING CHARGES

Free UK Standard Delivery – 2nd class Royal Mail (No Tracking Available, excludes weekends and bank holidays.)

Shipping to Ireland is available at a flat rate of £3.50. These can take up to 7 working days.

We also ship worldwide as a flat rate of £4.95. These can take up to 10 working days.

RETURNS POLICY

Due to many of our products being custom/handmade to order, we have a no returns policy, which means once your items have been designed and sent to you for checking, we will not accept returns (unless accepted by us once you have contacted us). DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is incorrect or damaged please email us photos so that we can look into this further and see to a refund, if deemed necessary. Sometimes, on
ce orders leave us things can happen beyond our control. If you do not receive your item after 14 days of receiving your confirmation dispatch email or it arrives damaged in any way, please contact us and we will be happy to resolve this with you, please note Royal Mail are experiencing delays so please contact us before opening any PayPal disputes so we can send relevant information to you. We cannot be held responsible for any delays incurred by Royal Mail and will not refund any orders that have been posted unless we have sufficient evidence that back up refund claim.
