What is your return policy?
As these prints are personalised, I'm afraid we cannot of exchange or return.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we have a range of gift cards available to purchase from £10 - £50
Can we see a preview before purchasing?
Due to the nature of this product, I'm afraid a preview is not possible before your purchase. Once paid for, a preview can be sent before printing on the character designs.
Can EVERYTHING be personalised?
In our designs that are in the shop, everything that can be personalised is specified. If you'd like a completely customised design, please message me to discuss.
What are the payment options?
Paypal or direct debit
Will the print come with a frame?
No. You are purchasing the print only.
What are the delivery options?
Standard delivery is 2nd class postage. This is 5-7 business days from placing your order to receiving the print. We do not offer express orders at this time as some prints require most time and personalisation than others.
What are you doing to help with the environment?
We are cutting out plastic sleeves and where possible are using recycled card and paper. We use as little packaging as possible whilst still maintaining high quality prints.
